Processing Time
All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery
We offer standard shipping through reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking details to update.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

FREE SHIPPING IS OFFERED FOR ORDERS TOTALING OVER $100 BEFORE TAXES. 

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft during transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.

International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.
