Refund policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and move towards a resolution.
To start a return, you can contact us at bravelywrappedmerch@gmail.com or info@bravelywrappedmerch.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns for products after approval must be received within 14-21 days after receiving the items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Custom products:
-Please make sure all spelling is correct when placing a custom order. Items will not be refunded if there is an oversight or error made by the customer while placing the order or after customer approves the proof.
-Please make sure your address is correct. We are not responsible once an item is shipped
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive a replacement item or you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@bravelywrappedmerch.com.
